KCRCC Accuses CDA Press of Contract Breach

Sample ballots side-by-side in previous edition of the CDA Press

The chair of the local Republican party posted on his Facebook page that the CDA Press breached a contract with them when instead of printing the advertisement that the Kootenai County Republican Central Committee requested, the CDA Press printed an advertisement from a group opposed to the Kootenai County Republican Central Committee on the day of the primary election about a week ago.

I looked in the Post Falls Press (the Coeur d’Alene Press’s almost identical sister publication for Post Falls) and was unable to find the Kootenai County Republican Central Committee sample ballot. Instead, I only found a sample ballot from the Coeur d’Alene Press and another from the North Idaho Republicans. (The Coeur d’Alene Press and the North Idaho Republicans each released two almost identical voter recommendation lists. The Kootenai County Democrats posted the Coeur d’Alene Press’s recommendation list on their website.)
