CDA Council Opens Prayer to non-profits

The Coeur d'Alene City Council recently adjusted its policy for prayers before the beginning of its meetings. According to a press release from the city,"Non-profit Faith-based organizations, located within the city limits" will now be allowed "to participate in giving an invocation at a City Council meeting."

According to the release, "Those interested must register through this site. There are 24 meetings, and dates will be assigned at the time of the lottery, with October 4, 2022 the first meeting to be assigned."
